Oliver loves playing at the local spray grounds. Almost every time we get in the car Oliver asks if we are going to go “play water”. As I was watching him play the other day, I was struck by how much he has grown in the past year.

I am so jealous of your spray grounds. They don’t have any here – which I totally don’t get because it’s like 1,000 degrees. Well, they couldn’t turn them on right now anyway because of the drought. No fountains of any kind are allowed in the city – not even at SeaWorld or the temple. But Oliver is so cute and looks like he’s having a great time. Wish we could see you more.
I also like how he has the same shorts in both videos.
Does it freak you out that he’s grown up so much?–like he actually fits into those gigantic shorts now.
